There is an increase in divorce cases due to neglect of the wife's living at Syar'iyah Court Banda Aceh City every year. The husband obligated pay a that he ignores because fulfilling obligatory, and if it, livelihood becomes debt. problems this study are how judge's consideration past demands for payment dowry cannot be accepted/rejected, what consequences case neglecting livelihood, analysis decision providing support. This research was conducted with qualitative approach, data has been collected analyzed through descriptive method. results divorce, wife may file lawsuit which her rights. It judge who determines decides on based considerations.
